The team has also overseen the construction of over 140 apartment units (in 4 projects), 60 townhomes, and over 250 single-family homes.

This 58-unit apartment building was taken through rezoning and then designed and built by the members of Dwell. Construction challenges included a high water table and efficient design to avoid costly engineering solutions. Additionally maximizing the lot with offsets from rail and ingress to a lot with half inground parkade was also a design consideration.
45750 Alder Ave - Chilliwack
This 52-unit apartment building was purchased as part of a larger parcel. The parcels went through rezoning and then were designed and built – one parcel as this apartment. Challenges for this project were in site design to maximize the buildable area of the site well in advance, as well as tight lot construction with existing infrastructure.
44251 Sherry Drive - Chilliwack
This 1.2-acre site in a prime Sardis location has been created by assembling 6 individual properties over many years. Working hand in hand with the City, a new zone was created to allow for a six-story building that features ground floor commercial and five levels of residential above. Rezoning and Development Permit have been submitted. We are excited to bring 102 residential units and 10,000 square feet of commercial space to the Chilliwack market.

This 10-unit townhome site was purchased, rezoned, and then designed/built. Maximizing density with changing bylaw requirements and a narrower parcel was critical to the success of this project.

This 7-unit townhome site was purchased, rezoned, and then designed/built. The pre-purchase homework on this parcel helped us understand that this would be a simple project in a very good area.
7362 Sunshine Drive - Chilliwack
This 19-unit row home site was purchased as part of a larger parcel. We designed this site to work well with the apartment site next door – taking time to ensure that the elevation falls on the site was even, leading to soft elevation changes over the full site.
